Reaction to the State of the Nation Survey

If there is anything which is consistent throughout the political, religious and cultural aspects emerging from the state of the nation survey – be it politics, religion, or culture – it is that as a nation we tend to stick with what is familiar and shun that which is different, strange, and “other”: Only 27% even dare consider voting to the other political party, just 9% feel comfortable with mixing cultures, while equality and solidarity are at the bottom of our value list.
